China Glaze Japanese Koi

This is a neon color from China Glaze's Ink Collection and I love it. It's a red orange and is bright. It feels more like a jelly than a creme to me, but application is good and it becomes decently opaque in three coats (as shown here). This picture doesn't do the neon justice, but it's a close as I could do.
