China Glaze White Cap

From the Anchor's Away Collection from China Glaze this is a sheer shimmer. It has a blue base as you can see from the flash photo and the shimmer is golden and lovely. It works great to add a gold shimmer to any polish, but it isn't clear. It will lighten up any color slightly. Here it is shown in three coats.
